Who we are

TradeBooked is run by Carlos Reinoso, a sole trader in London. Carlos is the data controller for the information you give us on this website. Contact: carlosrwebs@gmail.com.

What we collect, and why

When you book a walkthrough, we collect your name, business name, trade, the area you cover, your phone number and email, and your answers about your work and enquiries. We also keep the time you booked, and any ad-campaign tags that were in the link you used (for example utm_source). We use this to arrange and run the call, to prepare for it, and to follow up about our service. Our lawful basis is your consent (the box you tick) and our legitimate interest in replying to a business enquiry.

To stop repeat spam bookings, we keep a scrambled code made from your connection's IP address. It changes every day and can't be turned back into the address. We don't use cookies, advertising pixels or analytics on this website.

Who can see it

Only Carlos and, where needed, a team member helping with the call. The website and its booking database are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes the data on our behalf. We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

If we don't end up working together, we delete your booking details within 12 months of the call. If you become a client, we keep what we need to run the service and for our accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email us and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Our AI assistant (for clients)

When we run the AI assistant for a trade business, it tells callers that it's an automated assistant and that the call is recorded. That data belongs to the trade business, which is the controller for its own customers, and we process it under a written agreement with them.
